More than 2 weeks and still no Hydrobag

I placed the order on Dec 11 so my sister would receive it by Christmas. The latest tracking information says the package will be delivered by 9pm Dec 30. I thought it was great that Wanderfull provided free shipping, but they apparently used the cheapest shipping method possible.

We're truly sorry to hear that your sister's gift didn't arrive in Hawaii in time for Christmas. We understand the disappointment, especially after ordering so early on December 11th. We share in your upset and frustration! Mail services that typically take 4-5 days have been indeed taking weeks to deliver. We have been helping many customers who contacted us through our support email to reship their items to arrive before the intended delivery date and then we have been paying for the return label so that they can send back the ones that didn't arrive in time.

This holiday season has been uniquely challenging for everyone, as the high demand for our products, including being featured on Oprah's 'Favorite Things' list, put many items on backorder. This, along with the general holiday shipping rush, and the overload on the carriers like UPS and USPS unfortunately, impacted your delivery timeframe.

While we offer free shipping and prioritize efficiency, during peak seasons like this the carriers experience many unforeseen delays. The chosen shipping method, in this case, didn't meet your expectations--and it didn't meet ours either! We sincerely apologize and are truly sorry for the disappointment.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we're constantly working to improve our processes. We're committed to providing more accurate estimated delivery times and offering faster shipping options whenever possible, especially during busy seasons. In fact, we won't be using this mail service again--ever!
